FTC Extends Deadline for Red Flag Rules

In a press release Friday, 10/30/2009, the FTC has extended the deadline for enforcement of the "Red Flag Rules" until June 1, 2010. This change was made as a result of a request from Congress. See the FTC Press Release below.
