ITRC Monthly Case Load

In March, the ITRC Call Center, working with an average of 4 advisors available, managed 808 contacts from victims and consumers.  Of these, 540 were identity theft cases.  Throughout 2011, the ITRC handled 8,927 contacts from consumers and identity theft victims, resulting in working 5,676 identity theft cases.
