Utah has launched a new program to help protect children from identity theft. Utah

Attorney General Mark Shurtleff and TransUnion has announced the Child Identity Protection Program (CIP), which features a secure online site through which Utah parents and guardians can register their minor children for protection at no cost. Click the image to read the full article.

30 Month Sentence for Identity Theft

A Charlotte woman was ordered to serve 30 months in federal prison for an identity theft related offense, announced Anne M. Tompkins, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
