Consumer Notice

If you believe you are affected by the recent Ohio State Data Breach, the State of Ohio has arranged for you to enroll, at your option, in Debix Identity Protection service, at no cost to you.  This service will allow you to protect your identity and approve any new accounts opened in your name.  If you wish to enroll in the service go to www.debix.com/stateofohio .
