Florida Credit Freeze Program

    • Effective: July 1, 2006
    • Applies to all consumers.
    • No fees for victims of identity theft (with investigative report) and seniors aged 65 years and older.
    • For all others, there is a $10 fee to place, temporarily lift or to remove a security freeze.
