Security Freeze Law in Georgia

- Eligibility:All Consumers
- Fees:No fees for identity theft victims with a police report and seniors 65 or older.
- All others pay $3 per credit reporting agency to place, remove or temporarily lift.
- Effective Date of law: August 1, 2008
