  • Freeze Law - (Utah Code Ann. §13-45-102, 13-45-201 et seq.)

    • Effective date: September 1, 2008
    • Applies to all consumers
    • Reasonable fees
    • Consumer can temporary lift or "thaw" freeze within 15 minutes of electronic request
