Linda Foley founded the Identity Theft Resource Center with Jay Foley in 1999. The nationally recognized victim assistance and public education organization was established in response to an epidemic rise in identity theft crimes. Today, Linda is acknowledged as an expert on identity theft issues.

providing training for businesses, consumers and law enforcement. Jay has appeared before state legislatures and in Congress recommending new laws to protect against the crime of identity theft and he is a regular on San Diego news programs.

Branch Walton, a former member of the U.S. Secret Service, has an extensive background in law enforcement, criminal justice and corporate security. He is currently Associate Dean of Student Services, Henley Putnam University.

This on-line university specializes in professional studies in Intelligence, Protection Management and Terrorism-Counterterrorism studies for military, law enforcement, security and intelligence professionals. He was formerly the Manager of Safety and Security Compliance at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

ITRC Mid Atlantic Coast Coordinator

Nicole has testified before the Federal Trade Commission, Social Security Administration, House Ways and Means Sub-committee on Social Security, Maryland House of Delegates, and the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court on identity theft issues. She has also participated in studies that helped change the way identity crimes are reported to credit reporting agencies, and serves as a consultant to the U.S. Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center.
