Linda Foley founded the Identity Theft Resource Center with Jay Foley in 1999. The nationally recognized victim assistance and public education organization was established in response to an epidemic rise in identity theft crimes. Today, Linda is acknowledged as an expert on identity theft issues.

Mid Atlantic Coast Coordinator
Nicole has testified before the Federal Trade Commission, Social Security Administration, House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Social Security, Maryland House of Delegates, and the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court on identity theft issues.
She has also participated in studies that helped change the way identity crimes are reported to credit reporting agencies, and serves as a consultant to the U.S. Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center.
