Nicole has testified before the Federal Trade Commission, Social Security Administration, House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Social Security, Maryland House of Delegates, and the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court on identity theft issues. 
She has also participated in studies that helped change the way identity crimes are reported to credit reporting agencies, and serves as a consultant to the U.S. Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center.
