Identity theft is not just something you read about in the paper.  Everyone has a chance of becoming a victim.  The monetary and emotional cost of repairing your identity can be extensive, requiring years to recover.  In addition, the financial impact of this crime is estimated at more than $55 billion annually, impacting both businesses and consumers.  Clearly, no one is immune.  Identity theft happens across the spectrum of income ranges and other demographic factors.

The Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) is widely sought after for seminars, conferences and forums.  ITRC executives have presented to a wide variety of groups, from notaries and banker’s associations to the U.S. Customs Service and the Social Security Administration.  Our presenters have traveled across the country numerous times to provide training for law enforcement, fraud investigators, financial institutions, and business groups of all types.  In today’s marketplace, everyone is interested in minimizing their risk as a company.  As an individual, most people are concerned about their own risk of being this crime’s next victim.
