It's been a little over a week since I called, and I probably should have been in touch with you sooner. I just want you to know that I followed all the steps you recommended, and I'm happy to report that there have been no further problems. Of course, I'm continuing to monitor all my credit and financial information closely, but so far it looks like things are going well.
