Thank you again for all your help today. I was very confused and upset about all this, and you really helped me both breathe easier and understand the steps I need to take. I just wish I'd spoken to you before I froze my credit reports.


I am generally the type who is quick to complain, so I also try to be quick to offer praise where praise is due. Thus, I hope you will forward this note to your boss to let them know how much I appreciate the great job you did today. I have a feeling that - to you - you were just doing your job. But your knowledge and patience were exactly what I needed.
