Identity Theft Resource Center Contact Center Remains Available during COVID-19 Related Office Closure

The State of California, where the Identity Theft Resource Center is located, has ordered businesses to close their offices to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. ITRC Advisors are working remotely to provide assistance and advice; however, victims may experience longer than normal response times.


For assistance from an online advisor, use the email or live-chat features on the ITRC website at that is available from 6am-5pm PST. You may also leave a voicemail requesting an advisor return your call, but we cannot currently estimate the time required to return a message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause while we work to create  virtual contact center.
