We suggest that you share this information with an attorney or legal representative if you are going to pursue criminal or civil charges.

A.R.S. 13-2008  Defines what is considered identity theft in the state of Arizona.  Identified as a Class 4 felony.
A.R.S. 44-1372 Defines what type of electronic mail is considered “unsolicited commercial electronic mail” (spam).
