That seems like a legitimate reason to contact you, and with the high rate of consumers who shop on the popular site, it’s a safe bet that the scammers will land on a victim who actually believes the email. When you click the link in the email to see which of your items has been canceled, you’re asked for personal information or a malicious virus.
